Monthly Care & Maintenance
Ongoing updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small content changes, so your site stays fast and secure after launch.

Frequently asked questions.
Every service on our services page has a fixed, published price — what you see is what you pay, with no hidden hourly surprises. Larger custom builds get a written proposal after a short discovery call.
A landing page usually ships in 5-7 days. A full business website takes 3-4 weeks, and an online store or custom web app runs 4-8 weeks depending on scope.
Every project includes a set number of revision rounds in the proposal. If you need more, we simply quote the extra time up front — never a surprise invoice.
Usually just your logo or brand assets, any existing copy or product data, and a short call to align on goals. We can also write the copy for you if that's easier.
You're covered by our 7-day satisfaction guarantee — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it or make it right under our refund policy.
Yes. Every build includes two weeks of free post-launch support, and our monthly care plan covers updates, backups and small changes after that.
Built in Zwenkau, shipped across Europe.
ApexPixelWorks started as a one-person freelance practice out of a small office in Zwenkau, just south of Leipzig, and grew into a studio the old-fashioned way: one referral at a time. We never took on more clients than we could give real attention to, and that's still the rule today.
First line of code
Melanie Schaub starts building websites for local Zwenkau and Leipzig businesses, one project at a time.
Studio, not solo
ApexPixelWorks becomes a small studio as the first design and coordination hires join the team.
Beyond Saxony
Projects start arriving from clients across Germany and neighbouring countries, all still delivered remotely and digitally.
Same small-studio approach
Every project still goes through the same three people, start to finish — no handoffs to strangers.
Melanie Schaub
Founder & Lead Developer
"I still write code on every single project — that's the part I never wanted to give up."
Jonas Reimann
Front-End & UI Design
Focused on interfaces that feel obvious in hindsight — nothing a visitor has to think twice about.
Anke Vogel
Project Coordination
Keeps every build on schedule and every client in the loop, without the endless status meetings.
What clients say once the site is live.
Working with ApexPixelWorks felt like handing the project to an in-house engineer rather than an outside agency. Melanie caught issues in our old checkout flow we hadn't even noticed.
Fixed price, fixed date, and they hit both. That alone put them ahead of the last two agencies we tried.
Our new site loads in under a second and finally ranks for the terms our customers actually search.
They explained every technical decision in plain German, no jargon. I actually understood what I was paying for.
